This Andersson Bell pleated midi skirt is impressive! I’m not sure about you, ladies, but whenever I see pleated skirts, some of my childhood memories are triggered. I reminisce about all the times I used to hem my skirt or roll it up at the waist so it could be shorter. I know that you remember how we were when we were younger. To all my private school attendees, we had to wear a uniform daily, which is probably the reason I don’t wear many skirts today.
But I love the pieces in Andersson Bells’ fashion collection.
Designer Andersson Bell is a Seoul based fashion designer. The majority of his collection consists of classic wear that may resonate more with a modern-day career-driven woman. His fashion pieces are timeless with sort of a minimalist style and are reasonably priced. You can get some excellent designer wear from Bell without breaking the bank.
This Andersson Bell Melanie pleated midi skirt does not disappoint. The asymmetrical design with the contrast coloring contributes to its fantastic appearance. As you can imagine, this skirt feels great on the skin and blows nicely in the wind due to being cut from satin and crepe materials. I also like the belt at the waist, although the skirt has a hidden zip in the back for closure.
How I’d Wear It: Although this Andersson Bell Pleated Maxi Skirt isn’t necessarily my style, I envision this skirt worn with an all-white long-sleeved crew neck top. You shouldn’t take away from the uniqueness of the skirt, so a simple top is best. I would pair this maxi skirt with some boots, whether it be ankle boots or a little higher, kind of like the photo above.
As always, thanks for reading, and be sure to share, like, and comment on this post! Let me know how you’d rock this skirt!
